Product Description
Belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment for batch production. For the paste material of dehydrated filter cake, it can be dried after granulating or making strip.
Working Principle
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder, the mesh belt adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. It is moved in the drier by the driving device. The drier is composed of several units, each unit hot air circulates independently, part of the tail gas is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan, and the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve, heat and dry and remove moisture.
The net belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature, the finished product after drying falls into the feeder continuously. The up and down cycle unit can be flexibly equipped according to the user's needs, and the number of units can be selected according to the needs.
