What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally, the MOQ is a 40HQ container. It is acceptable to mix loading with 2-3 models per container. The MOQ for each individual model is 10-20 sets. Smaller quantities may be accepted but will incur higher production costs.
How long does delivery usually take?
The lead time depends on your specific order quantity. Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is approximately 35 working days.
What is the warranty policy for these products?
Rattan items come with a guarantee of at least 3 years, while some Textilene items are covered for 2 years. Please note that warranty coverage excludes damage caused by improper application or abusive usage.
Can the cushions be left outside during rain?
In light rain, cushions can remain outside. During heavy rain, we recommend storing them. Quick Dry Foam (QDF) cushions typically dry within half an hour after rain. High-density foam cushions should be cleaned and air-dried before long-term storage.

The main structure is crafted from high-grade Aluminum combined with PE Rattan. The cushions utilize Sunproof Fabric and Quick Dry Foam for maximum outdoor longevity.
