What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually our MOQ is 3000 pieces. We also accept small trial orders so you can verify our product quality and service.
What are the standard payment terms?
Our normal terms are a 30% deposit upon signing the order and the 70% balance payable upon receipt of the bill of lading.
Can I customize the product color?
Yes, we use the Pantone Matching System. Simply provide us with the color code you require, or choose from our standard color range.
How long does sample delivery take?
Existing conventional samples take 2-3 days and are free of charge. Custom samples typically take 5-7 days depending on requirements.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production takes 7-15 days. For larger bulk orders, the schedule will be arranged accordingly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including wire transfers (T/T), credit cards, e-checking, and PayPal.
