Working Principle

The biomass pyrolysis carbonization machine uses high-temperature pyrolysis technology to make biomass materials undergo thermochemical reactions under oxygen-free or oxygen-deficient conditions to produce carbon black, wood vinegar and combustible gas.

The process utilizes autologous flue gas combustion in a circulation method to achieve energy saving. After purification treatment, the production environment remains free of flue gas emissions, reaching standard environmental protection requirements.
