The Automatic Polymer Preparation System is a complete range of polymer batching and metering systems. It prepares polymer solutions used as coagulants for removing suspended particles in water treatment processes, ranging from swimming pools to complex industrial wastewater treatment, oil recovery, and paper production.
Composed of a hopper, push screw, and electric heater. The hopper volume handles long-term dosage needs and features sight glasses for material level monitoring. The high-precision reducer driven push screw ensures accurate dosage, while the electric heater prevents powder caking in the discharge pipe.
This device features a pre-soaking unit and three specialized tanks: a precast mixing tank, a homogeneous slaking tank, and a solution storage tank. Each is equipped with its own mixer to ensure total homogeneity of the chemical solution.
