Vacuum concentration is a process of heating materials under reduced pressure, causing rapid evaporation and vaporization of water. By continuously eliminating the secondary steam generated by vaporization, the product concentration increases steadily until it reaches the desired requirements. The Double Effect Vacuum Thickener is ideally suited for concentration, distillation, and the recovery of organic solvents in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
Advanced Agitation: The wall-scraping type rotating scraper ensures liquid in the concentrator is constantly stirred and turned. This results in even heating and prevents scorching or carbonization caused by localized long-term heating.
Efficient Design: The spherical concentrator features a reasonable structure with a large evaporation separation space. This minimizes vapor-liquid entrainment, ensuring a higher yield for the finished product.
