The induction cooker applies the principle of electromagnetic induction. Alternating current generates a magnetic field through the coil beneath the ceramic plate. When magnetic field lines pass through the bottom of an iron or stainless steel pot, eddy currents are generated, causing the pot to heat up rapidly and cook food efficiently.
Using infrared heating technology, the unit heats through nickel-chromium wires in the furnace plate. It emits infrared light while generating heat, ensuring high speed, safety, and no harm to health during the cooking process.
