Commercial Smoker Oven/House: The Smoke Oven is entirely made of SUS 304 stainless steel. In the standard model, air circulation is achieved by a specially designed circulation fan. A uniquely engineered mixing chamber allows for the combination of low-temperature air, high-temperature air, smoke, and low-pressure steam, ensuring optimal processing of products inside the smokehouse.
