When does my order to ship it?
3 days after payment for the items with stock. 20 days for the general products. And for the unlikely products the date maybe delayed due to a shortage.
What is your MOQ?
In general, our MOQ is 1*40'HQ container mixing different items. However, in order to work with you better, small quantity order is accepted.
What's your after-sales service?
We offer 3 years warranty on frame and suspension, and 1 years against defects in materials and workmanship for all other elements.
Can I make customization for the furniture?
Yes, the material, size and colors can be changed as per your requests. Many colours are available from our swatches.
