Working Process
The production journey begins with raw electrolytic copper fed sequentially into the melting furnace. This molten marvel transitions to the holding furnace, then into the crystallizer, where it takes form as a copper rod. The rod is guided upward through a traction device, advancing to the output frame, and then to the wire separating frame. The rod is then synchronized with an automatic tracking device that controls coiling speed before it is elegantly coiled in circles by the coiling machine.
